"Before my trip I couldn't find out if Pestana Tropico or Oasis Atlantico was the best hotel in Praia, so I booked two nights on both. Now I am not in doubt - Pestana Tropico is the best! Only on location is it a bit inferior to Oasis Atlantico, bujt that is more then compensated for by the very service minded staff and the great restaurant.
