The hotel manager sent us to another hotel they managed, but didn’t adjust the price until we noticed that it was listed for quite a bit less on hotels.com. They agreed to a partial refund and we thought everything was fine. We were the only ones staying there and the lady who took care of the hotel left early. Just before midnight someone tried to break into our room. We scared them...
