"Exceptionally friendly and professional owners with a family touch. Very clean room and lovely outdoor dining for breakfast. Santo Spirito, Bari is a surprisingly cute town with a very nice walk to the port. Quite glad we booked our room where we did. The town is expanding its waterfront with sitting areas, restaurants and bars. "

"We only stayed one night before taking an esrly flight out of Bari. Everything worked spotless even though we did not meet the owner. Self check inn was easy. We enjoyed the adjecent garden begore having dinner close to the sea. Would love to stay again"

"We regret another reservation of ours could not be completed due to lack of uniform internet. We reserved, therefore, at this establishment as a last minute solution. Please be aware the only window was the door itself. The bed and pillows were among the most uncomfortable we have ever endured. (Lumps.) The location itself is lovely. Yet there is no lobby/reception, so the name of "palazzo" is additionally misleading. Good luck if you must stay here. "
