The Statuto Apartment is located in the Borgo Nuovo area of Bardonecchia: just a few steps away you will be on the main street with shops and services; 2 km away you will be in the winter and summer sports area of Campo Smith.



On the second floor without a lift, the accommodation consists of a large living room with a kitchenette, dining area and sofa. Guests have access to a Smart TV (with the possibility of connecting to streaming platforms using the guests' personal accounts).

The hallway leads to the double bedrooms, the room with a French bed and the bathroom.

From the living room, access to the loft area with an additional double bed.

In the building, there is a small covered parking space and a cellar on the basement floor.



The apartment is managed on behalf of the private owner by Maison d'Oc Gestioni Srl. The rate includes the rental fee paid to the property owner and the cost of ancillary services provided by Maison d'Oc Gestioni Srl.

The tourist tax of €1.50 per person, per night is not included.
