Holiday Home 'Moinho Velho' with Private Pool, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

Located in the village of Paradela, this 100 m² holiday home welcomes up to 7 guests in 3 bedrooms and a living room with an extra single bed. There are 3 bathrooms throughout the property. On the ground floor, you will find an entrance hall with a fireplace and single bed, an open-plan living area with dining space and a fully equipped kitchen, plus a full bathroom and a bedroom. Both the first and second floors each feature an additional bedroom with private bathroom and shower. Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, barbecue, crib, and high chair.



Outside, enjoy your private garden and open terrace. The private outdoor pool is 1.5 metres deep and provides a refreshing spot during your stay.



You may park on the street, and up to 2 pets are allowed. Events are not permitted on the property. Self check-in is available for your convenience. There is a surveillance camera facing the street and the main road area.



The water supply uses its own treatment system, so drinking directly from the tap is not recommended. Please note the property is near a street or road.



If you bring a pet, please inform us in advance. A maintenance company has access to the garden to service the pool, so we ask you to keep the gate closed and watch your pet at those times to prevent it from leaving the property.
