Skønt ophold og rigtig godt hotel. Fin placering. Værelset var fint og meget flot udsigt til Família sagrada og det ikoniske farverige tårn. Dog klagede børnene noget over tæppe og lagen som erstatning gor dyne. Morgenmad i topklasse.... men kaffen er meget dårlig.

Fint hotel- fin service
Super fint hotel, intet at klage over. Den direkte vej fra hotel til bymidte/strand kan godt være lidt utryg, lidt et skummelt kvarter med en del hjemløse😢

Skuffende oplevelse.
Vores datter blev syg af pool og meget lang ventetid for at komme til ved morgenmaden, som dog var udemærket. Hotellet er lidt stort og kan til tider virke kaotisk. Udsigten fra hotellet var fantastisk og restauranten på roof-top var ok.

Air-con - is not working
The hotel claims to have airconditioning installed - it is not and this ruined a good nights sleep with no possibility to cool down. If you need rooms to be 20-22 deg Celsius you should not choose this hotel.

God og tilfreds oplevelse
Vi overnattede der i 9 dage og beliggenheden var perfekt. Vi kunne tage bus/tog lige foran hotellet. Der ca 4-5 stop til stranden ned bus. Hotellet var som udgangspunkt fint. Det eneste der ikke var specielt godt var sovesofaen ved siden af sengen. Den var hård og ligge på - den må gerne skiftes ud. Ellers havde vi problemer med internettet to gange.

Et hotel med alt hvad man kunne ønske sig
Vi var 2 voksen og 2 børn på 9 og 13 år. Hotellet lå centralt godt til metro og shopping. Selve hotellet var enestående og levede op til billederne og vores forventninger. Dejlig morgenmad, skønt værelse med gode senge, hjælpsom personale som var dygtige til engelsk og en fantastisk lækker terrasse på 19th etage med skøn pool og vidunderlig udsigt. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen

Fint hotel tæt på metro
Godt hotel til familier. Super morgenbuffet og god service. Dejlig pool og tagterrasse. Tæt på metro og taxaholdeplads lige overfor indgangen. Værelserne er ikke store til familier, men brugbare. Novotel Barcelona City kan anbefales.

Dejligt hotel med gode muligheder
Hotellet ligger i en bydel, hvor der er meget nyt byggeri. Men stadig med sjæl og en fantastisk udsigt over Barcelona, smukke alle’er, sporvogn og metor få min gang fra hotellet. Dejlig tagterrasse med lille pool og spa. Med skønt siddeområde og fantastisk udsigt Samt fin bar. Træningsrummet ligger også på 19. Etage, så der kan svedes og udsigten kan nydes samtidig. Dejlig morgenmads buffet og god aften restaurent. Hvis man er til shopping, ligger et af Barcelonas største shopping centre på den anden side af gaden. Der er både udendørs og indendørs shopping og spisesteder.

Nice stay
Really nice stay. The hotel and facilities were super, the breakfast amazing. There were a lot of people, and therefore there were a line at breakfast to get a table.

Location good, staff polite but really didn’t care after numerous times going to see them regarding our card not working to use the lift and to get into our room we were up and down like yo yo’s. Also not happy with the safety on the roof top terrace, there is hand rails but these are obstructed by planters, the steps are of different heights and no markings on the steps my mam actually fell and broke her arm but was very lucky it wasn’t more serious

They will require you to get another room if you have 5 people (with 6yr old kid). Not very friendly and accommodating. Gave me a card for the room and accidentally walked in on someone’s room. Then Gave us the room key 3 different times it wouldn’t work on the elevator. So frustrating and the manager gave us a not so nice comment when I asked to escort us to our room. Never again going back here..

Ein wirklich freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Man fühlt sich willkommen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist wirklich gut. Die Unterkunft sauber und das gesamte Service ist super. Die 4 Sterne zur Umgebung sind lediglich den aktuellen Umbauarbeiten geschuldet, die den Weg zur U-Bahn etwas umständlich gestalten weil viele gesperrt und umgeleitet ist. Aber an sich liegt das Hotel perfekt. Sehr gut per U-Bahn erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder
