We are sorry to hear that you think we apply as you put it bait and switch to our reservations. This is not the case at all, you get the room you book. There may be confusion on expedia because there you see the mercader building on the photos, but the room you choose and then book is in concepcion. Again we apologize that there has been confusion here. We do indeed work with a self check in service. You can always reach us by phone which we clearly indicate on our website and you can call us 24/7 and we would love to help you. If there is something we cannot solve over the phone we will always send someone to come and help you personally ( the day itself or the next day).
