Regarding the lack of service, it might have been due to shortness of staff due to a reactivation of the tourism industry post-pandemic. The Granados 83 is described as a boutique hotel in the Eixample district an urban and avant-garde hotel in Barcelona, our modern style combining Hindu and Buddhist art is a popular choice with many international visitors, who appreciate the opulence of our décor and intimacy of our four stars grand luxe Monument Hotel as you will see from the vast majority of comments. We have been honored to receive many comments from guests about the friendliness and genuine warmth of every member of the team and I'm sorry to note you did not have this same impression on this occasion. I was especially surprised to read your comment about location because if there is an assured success is the location on Enric Granados street, a semi-pedestrian street in the centre of Barcelona, surrounded by exclusive shops, restaurants, open-air terraces and the best nightlife and just a short walk (10 to 15 min) to the Plaça Catalunya and Gothic Quarter. Any way for guest who do not like walk we have a very good metro connection (1 minute walking) Diagonal/Provença Metro stations. I am sorry that our location was not at your full convenience. I shall be following your comments up directly with the maintenance manager to find the cause of the mentioned noise.
