"I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The beds were incredibly soft and comfortable — I slept better than I have in a long time. The staff were consistently kind, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my stay. Whether it was answering questions, offering recommendations, or assisting with small requests, they made everything easy and pleasant. Overall, it was a great stay, and I’d happily return on my next visit. Highly recommended!"

"My stay was nice but the deadbolt on my room door didn’t lock spoke with the front desk and they claim they was going to get it fixed I was there a whole week and they never got it fixed. Every time I asked about it they would tell me they was going to call the manager. Well needless to say I guess they never spoke with the manager. "

"We were staying here for two days and the rooms were good and a welcoming staff. Would definitely stay there again. It’s close to a lot shopping options and not to far away from Boston or Salem if you would like to go there for Halloween as we did."

"The hotel was very clean, staff kind, the only negative thing I have to say about the experience is even though they say that they are a pet friendly establishment, I was unaware that there was a large pet deposit per pet and I have 2 pets."

"When we got there the lady at the front desk was rude. The room was obviously not cleaned thoroughly. There was a condom by the couch, luckily it was still in the package. There was a huge stain on the couch. They advise that they have breakfast and that was a key factor that I wanted for this hotel. When I got there they told me that they don't serve breakfast. The deposit was 150 and I certainly don't think that it was worth it. 2/10 experience "
