"The host Nino is the best! He was so helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay welcome and also took us to interesting places. He helped us book all our excursions, to Mount Ijen. He took us around town and we got to see places off the tourist path! He also cooks food with his family nearby, and was willing to feed us at any time! My friends arrived around 12 am and he cooked us all dinner and gave us welcome tea as well!! The food was DELICIOUS!! The best Nasi Goreng we had our entire...

"This place is just awesome! Everything (rooms, shared bathrooms, community area) is clean, looks brandnew, nice community area to hang around. Quiet during the nighttime as it is located in a small road next to the main road. Still everything is in walking distance.

The room was comfortable and pretty with great air conditioning. There were two adorable tiny cats who hung out on the premises who we loved making friends with :) We didn't use the shared kitchenette for anything except the water cooler and fridge, but it was nice to have. Great place!"

"Die nettesten Rezeptionisten, die ich seit langem erlebt habe. Man hat uns bei allem geholfen, sei es ein Restaurant zu finden oder einen Ausflug zu organisieren. Schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber. Allerdings ziemlich laut mit Verkehr und mindestens drei Moscheen, die teilweise gleichzeitig zum Gebet rufen, was schon mal eine halbe Stunde dauern kann. Mit Ohropax eine echte Empfehlung!"

"I arrived after midnight due to train delays and getting taxi from station. Although I hadn't notified them and their check-in was closed from 10pm there was no complaint or difficulty with check in. This was great service. Key was given promptly and I was shown to my room which was comfortable and clean and excellent value"
