"We’ve stayed in 100s of hotels and Kempinski has been one of the very best! We stayed in a very big and nice room with the most amazing view overlooking the mountains and the piste right below us. We’ve also enjoyed the spa facilities at the hotel, which we also liked very much! Staff were very friendly, especially the guy who checked us in and the guy (Antonio) who checked us out. We’re definitely coming back in the future!"

"Great place with focus on service and quality. We had a good time. However the biggest challenge is Bansko it self which at this time of year has a constant smog form the use of coal in the city. Not a problem a the piste. But a thing which will prevent me from staying at a local hotel again (next time we escape the smog)"

"Odalar oldukça güzeldi, her oda tipi yeterli gemişlikte ve konforluydu. Servis, temizlik ve hizmet çok iyiydi herkes güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Kahvaltı ideal ve lezzetliydi. Konum olarak da ulaşımda rahattı, servis sorunsuzdu. Çok keyif alarak konakladık, teşekkürler :)"

"Very nice hotel, very friendly people, nice spa facilities, average breakfast. They offerred bus to take us to the ski gondola for free and they even offered to take us after working hours. Enjoyed our stay as they upgraded us to a family appartment. Only issue is that the WIFI was not working well in the room. Big parking space near the hotel."

"Arrived at the hotel but the man could not locate our reservation albeit we had only booked a few minutes before. He suggested we were at the wrong hotel but then showed us to the room. He wasn’t very friendly! We left the hotel at 8:45am but the reception was closed and nobody around. We called a phone number twice that was on the door but nobody answered so we had to leave the key on a hook on the door!!"

"Η κυρία Έλενα στη ρεσεψιόν με άπταιστα ελληνικά έτοιμη να λύσει κάθε πρόβλημα και να βοηθήσει τους πελάτες . Το ξενοδοχείο το ξενοδοχείο είναι πολύ καλό, καθαρό ,και το βαρύ πυροβολικό του είναι ο χορός του spa με τις πολλές πισίνας. "

"Ottima posizione a 2 passi dal centro....staff molto cordiale e disponibile...camera confortevole...colazione discreta...parcheggio gratuito nelle vie adiacenti oppure a pagamento in alcuni orari di fronte alla struttura ....albergo consigliato...nessun problema "

"Nice to have spa on-site. Rooms were quite warm and beds not very comfortable. Pleasantly surprised by food despite previous reviews. Lovely bar/ lounge area. Conveniently close to ski station."

"Parkkialue talvella todella pieni. Aamupalalla kannattaa varautua taustalla voimakkaasti soivaan teknomusiikkiin. Huone oli koko viikon todella likainen vaikka siivooja kävi päivittäin. Pyydettäessä lisä siivousta harjasivat vain lattian. Henkilökunta puhui huonosti englantia. Vastaanotto aukesi vasta klo 7. Spa osastolla ei ole hierontaa. (Finnish sauna) saunassa ei saa heittää vettä kiukaalle."
