Their model of only "refreshing" your room only on the third day is horrible. I used the room coffee, but after I made a couple of cups of coffee, there were no other packages of coffee - even when I called the front desk, they said they were going to bring up coffee packages, and they never did. So, I was there for 4 days, my room was stacked with bags from room service with uneaten food in them, I ran out of towels, which once again I asked the front desk to help, and they said they would have new towels, but they never arrived. For breakfast, I ordered room service and begged for a couple of cups of coffee. Room service was so nice and brought my breakfast and dinner and was always so pleasant when they arrived to my room. I think that the room price to stay at the casino is a rip-off. Their services are horrible, and you can't even order alcohol with room service. My room safe, in the closet, the door does not stay shut when you are not locking it. The closet door is all damaged from the door not staying shut. The heating system would not come on and their bed linens don't include a blanket. Watching TV, you can't watch the local stations, and the service is horrible. All of their room lights when turn on are so bright! You can't even dim the lights. I had to turn on the bathroom light and close the door partially so as not to turn on other lights. When calling the front desk, the phone rings and no one answers. After trying three times to get someone from the front.
