Toilettet ved receptionen var fint nok. Resten af hotellet var meget slidt og beskidt. Vi var i tvivl om der var skimmelsvamp på badeværelset, eller om det bare var ekstremt snavset. Derudover var der også en virkelig grim lugt både på værelserne og gangene. Vi var en større gruppe afsted, og havde derfor flere værelser, og det var det samme på alle værelserne. Udsigten var tilgengæld på når man havde valgt et hjørneværelse

lækkert hotel med højt service niveau. Jeg kan stærkt anbefale at man bestiller dette hotel, hvis man gerne vil bor lidt uden for byen, men med gå afstand til alt.

Elendig placering skøn mad og personale
Hotellet var fint og levede fuldstændig op til forventningerne, dog var vandet i poolen ikke helt rent (man kunne sagtens bade) Normalt spiser jeg aldrig på hotellets restaurant men lokalområdet har utrolig lidt at byde på, så vi tænkte vi ville prøve det. Vi var SÅ tilfredse med maden, helt helt fantastisk til den pris! Jeg drømmer stadig om deres cheesecake!!!!! Eneste minus ved dette hotel er placeringen. Så besværligt at komme til seværdighederne! Brug det hvis i bare skal slappe af inden turen går hjem eller videre. Der er let adgang til skytrain og Bkk lufthavn.

The entire hotel staff was outstanding. Reception, bell services (including wheel chair assistance), room service delivery. I travelled extensively before retirement and stayed in probably 1,000 hotels and do not recall a more pleasurable hotel staff.

I flew at early and arrived at the property at 9:30am. They offered to hold my luggage and allow me to use showers and the pool area while I waited for my room, to which they were able to have ready even earlier than anticipated. Everyone is incredibly friendly. The view from the corner room was amazing. The breakfast is A . So much variety. Would absolutely stay here again.

Our room was a corner suite, definitely showing signs of old age. Should have been renovated 5 years ago. Expensive restaurant so maybe just go somewhere else. None of the staff spoke English, so it was a bit hard to order food and organize taxi's etc. don't order a margarita from the pool bar, you'll be disappointed.

Two single beds but together for the king room. No exhaust in the bathroom, bath tub and the tap dirty.

Supposedly upgraded. Room didnt have a tub as stated in reservation, room was not very clean, and I left for another hotel within hours of arrival. Would not recommend.

Not very comfortable. The furniture was very outdated. The toilets were clogged and they ne ver fixed it .

Ein Hotel das völlig in die Jahre gekommen ist. Im Badezimmer in der Dusche war überall Schimmel , es fehlte Toilettenpapier und Kosmetiktücher. Die Lage ist praktisch zum Airport, aber nicht um in die Innenstadt zu kommen. Kein gutes Preis -Leistungsverhältnis. Auch der Pool ist nicht so, dass man länger verweilen möchte. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
