    Pets are welcome subject to the following conditions:
    •All pets must be requested and approved prior to booking the property. If you notify us after booking, please allow sufficient time for approval.
    •Pets must remain within the designated areas of the property and must not roam freely or disturb other guests or local wildlife.
    •Pets should be kept quiet at all times. If this cannot be ensured, we kindly ask that alternative accommodation be arranged.
    •All pet waste must be promptly cleaned and disposed of appropriately.
    •Any accidents inside or outside the property must be reported immediately. Additional cleaning charges may apply where required.
    •Any excess cleaning required due to pet hair or uncleaned mess will be deducted from the bond.
    •Pets are not permitted on couches, beds, or any furniture.
    •Pets must be kept on a leash at all times while on the property to ensure the comfort and safety of others.
    •Owners accept full responsibility for their pets, including awareness of potential hazards such as ticks and snakes.


    Note: Pet owners need to bring the pet's own bedding, blankets, water, and food bowls, and cannot use any bedding, blankets, or dishes in the house for the pets.

To ensure property security and maintain the quality of bookings, we kindly ask all guests, including those booking through popular booking platforms, to complete our standard booking form as part of their stay and lodge security.

    A security hold, not a charge, will be placed on your credit card 48 hours prior to arrival unless we’ve communicated that an EFT is required. For this property, the security hold is two thousand dollars.
