They seems to have diwngraded. Used to be my top choice of hotel.in Bandung as near ammenities. But now they do.not give bottle mineral water . Even flask was issued to get water drom dispenser. But i felt its not hygenic after post pandemic .housekeeping was not detailed bath towel were not replaced after they clear the soiled ones. were replaced and

Hotel ini cukup nyaman bagi keluarga, karena ada Paket Family Room dengan Harga yg terjangkau. Harga yg berikan dibandingkan dengan tingkat kenyamanan yg diberikan bagi Keluarga Saya, melebihi Expectasi Saya, cukup memuaskan.

Hotel service is polite, and excellent. Hotel is very convenient next to big mall, easy to get food or do shopping.

Good location and service
All is good. The service and location are perfect. But there are no fitness center and swimming pool. Anyway I was satisfied for overall.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast, many choices/variations. As for the property itself, very clean. One thing that I wish the management will do in the near future is upgrading their old towels and has more toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, body lotion etc.

Excellent value and location
I was very surprised by this hotel. It is very well presented, especially for the price. While the rooms aren't huge the amenities and location excellent. Breakfast was amazing and the wait staff No 1!

Although the room is smaller than other hotels, it is still very comfortable. The convenience of having a mall right behind the hotel is also a plus point. My second stay here and definitely wont be the last!

ツインルームのベッドはメチャ幅が狭いです。部屋も超コンパクト。 アメニティもありませんが、リーズナブルな価格なので納得します。高層階に行くエレベーターは2機しかなく、そのうち1機が故障していたので超満員でなかなか乗れず、降りるのにメチャ時間がかかりました。 朝食は5段階中3。ローカルなメニューが多く、人も多いのでゆっくり食事はできません。モールの横なので場所は便利です。

First time stay in ibis trans studio bandung
Over all satisfactory, staff, cleanliness all good. But at the last day of my stay, next door room the guest asking morning call, it rang from 7:24 am till 8.09 am. Nonstop ringing, gosh! The next door guest didn't wake up. Me and family are disturbed by the ringing sound. We all can hear the phone ringing all the way in the isle.
