From this entrance, you have a few steps that descend and take you directly into the apartment. The apartment is composed of a large living room with an open kitchen, dining room, and living room. Everything has been recently renovated by an interior designer. The entire living room has a superb panoramic sea view and opens onto the terrace. For the sleeping area, you will find the bedroom placed in a sleeping area, separated from the living room by curtains. You will also find a very good sofa bed in the living room (160x200) for additional beds. For amenities, you have a renovated bathroom with shower and toilet. Regarding the exteriors, you will have access to a beautiful terrace equipped with a table, chair and 2 deckchairs. The entire terrace has a panoramic view of the sea. A pleasant and clean rental where the sun, the swimming pool, and a dose of relaxation will make your vacation in Bandol pleasant memories. We require a 25% deposit. The balance must be paid 1 month before moving in and no later than 2 weeks before your arrival, except in the case of last-minute bookings. Tourist tax is due to the owner for each tenant over 18 years of age. The amount is the one specified by the tourist office. Final cleaning is included in the price. For added comfort, you can choose to have sheets and towels provided for €25 per single bed and €35 per double bed. All arrivals on Sundays and public holidays will be charged an additional €100. Weekday arrivals after 6 p.m. will also be charged an additional fee. Pets may be allowed upon request; please indicate the type of pet. A €5 per day per pet surcharge will apply. We require a deposit to be paid upon arrival by check or cash. It will not be cashed and will be returned on the day of departure if everything is in order. A contract containing your information, that of the agency, and the rented property will be sent to you and must be returned to us signed. You will be asked for a holiday insurance certificate or civil liability insurance. No rental will be finalized without these documents. The markets of Sanary, Bandol, Saint Cyr etc. take place every day, and the big markets take place on Tuesday in Bandol, Wednesday in Sanary and Thursday in Saint Cyr.
