SANARY - LA CRIDE - Located in the very quiet and popular district of La Cride in the beautiful village of Sanary sur mer. The house of approximately 210 m2 fully air-conditioned and renovated in 2021 in a finca spirit, offers 5 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with walk-in shower and WC, as well as large cupboards. The very neat decoration offers tenants a welcoming and pleasant environment in a holiday spirit
The living room of about 60 m2 fully crossing with open and high-end equipped kitchen, is extended by two outdoor areas with garden furniture and dining table, one overlooking the pool, the other offering a beautiful preview sea.
In the 1300 m2 garden you can enjoy a 10x5 meter swimming pool secured by a roller shutter, and a pétanque court.
The privilege of the house is to have private access to a cove with crystal clear waters which is located 60 meters from the house.
A 10-minute walk away, you can go to the cove of Port-Issol, a veritable setting bordered by a sandy beach and transparent water, lunch or dinner in one of the three establishments facing the sea .
Sanary offers various and frequent summer events and in particular its large weekly Wednesday market (voted the most beautiful market in France). From the house, you will get there in 20 minutes on foot.
In the house the parking can accommodate two cars, but it is also very easy outside. Petanque.

Sanary-sur-Mer, 13 km from Toulon and 49 km from Marseille, with its authentic typical Mediterranean fishing port, its pedestrian streets lined with small shops, its good restaurants and its pretty squares cooled by fountains, is a tourist town renowned, both relaxing and lively, where you will be sure to have a good holiday whatever the season!
It offers a huge variety of colorful landscapes and natural sandy beaches (Portissol, Plage Dorée, La Gorguette, Bonnegr Grâce, Beaucours, etc.) in a sunny setting most of the year. Many activities are available to you: sailing, scuba diving, tennis, climbing, hiking, fishing, cinema, gambling casino… not to mention the inevitable sunbathing and sea bathing!
The city, whose market was voted "the most beautiful market in France" in 2018, offers you the best of local products as well as fresh fish from the fishermen and fresh flowers every morning on the port. In summer you can also enjoy a night market, offering artisan products.
Many sea excursions leave from the port to discover marine animals (whales, sperm whales, dolphins…) but also the natural beauty of the islands (Porquerolles, Les Embiez, Bendor) and the Calanques de Cassis!
The port is also a major place of festivities throughout the year (Festival of traditions, Spring of Sanary, Just Rosé, Festival of Music and Dance and many other activities offered by local multicultural associations). included for the end of year celebrations (its superb illuminations are famous today).
