"We have stayed at penyos many times. It is very fare from the city but okay for us as we worked in the area. The staff is okay but speak very little english after 9PM zero english. The reason for the 1 star is owner Pete and the way he does business. Hi like to argue with us as customers and make us feel like he does not really want us there. One time he even ask a lady to come to our room with a credit card machine asking us to pay for room even though I told him I was working and would be down...

"The staff are wonderful the location is a little problematic as there are only taxi sand the nearest station is laksong which is 4 km there are buses of course , if you miss the last sky train it's challenging to get to the hotel for a reasonable price , but with that I would still come to this part of Bangkok but it is not central for people that have not been to Bangkok before. There is a great food market out on the Phet Kasem road and a good sized fridge but no restaurants near by that serve...
