"The room was excellent. Very convenient to the inner harbor. The only thing I would suggest is the availability of coffee 24/7 or at least early morning until the restaurants open. I was there for a race and wasn’t able to wait for 6:30 for coffee. I would have love it at 5am."

"The hotel was recently renovated and all facilities are lovely. Expect the exterior to be the same and enjoy its perfect location near the harbor. In general the staff was attentive and welcoming. It is a very busy week, so we must be patient with those that were not. A special complement to housekeeping. Wash cloths like rosettes and tissues like fans!"

"This is our third stay here. Parking is possible on the street without having to pay, but sometimes impossible. The parking is $36 a day, so figure that into the equation. The room are nice and pretty well maintained. Room doors can be tricky and sometimes they have to be open by the staff. The staff are helpful and very nice."

"I always love a Marriott. I feel like I am a loyal customer. This Marriott Courtyard in Baltimore was in a very good location right in the middle of downtown. The people there that works were very nice. The hotel room was very clean and well kept. Parking right next-door was ideal. The only downside that I have is that I could not have a receipt printed out because their computer was down at the end. That may have been out of their control. But I do wonder if that was a glitch that happens on a...

"This Indigo is very reasonable and not far from downtown, Hopkins Hospital and more. The outstanding part of my stay was the evening staff helping me when I arrived. I left my phone by accident in my Lyft ride, and they quickly figured out how to go through the Lyft website and report its mission, with my information that Lyft has. The driver was back at the hotel with the phone in less than 15 minutes, saving me hours of frustration. Thank you, Indigo staff!"

"I was there for an NFL game, so my mood was pretty good. I decided to drink a beer at the bar after an 8 hour trip to get there. There was happy hour by the time I sat by the bar, so I asked the bartender if happy hour was 2x1 to which he replied yes. So I asked if I could combine 2 different beers and obviously pay for the most expensive one, he looked weird at me but said yes. "Accommodate customers when services are not working properly such as the AC. Provide better room maintenance, such as clean showers, clean carpeting."
