A Home to Relax and Unwind
This is a compact, self-contained flat that keeps things simple. The double bedroom sits just off the living space, with a washing machine and dryer in the shower room so laundry is easy after a day on the coast path. The shared covered area outside is set up for a barbecue when the weather plays along.

• Living area: Small seating room with a sofa that folds out to a double bed, a wall-mounted TV, and a breakfast bar with stools.

• Kitchen: A tucked-away kitchenette with a microwave, fridge, sink, kettle and toaster for simple self-catering.

• Bedroom 1: Double bed.

• Bathroom: Tiled shower room with a corner shower, plus a washing machine and dryer.

• Outdoor space: A shared covered seating area, suitable for a barbecue.

Location
Cushendall is a quiet coastal village in the Glens of Antrim. The village is walkable, so a car is not essential, and it makes a central base for exploring the Glens, the Giant`s Causeway and Game of Thrones filming locations. The Translink 150 bus runs from Mill Street to Glenariff Forest Park in around 9 to 15 minutes.

Good to Know Before You Book
Access is up a hill, with the property sitting last on the left at the brow. The flat is entered by making your way around the decking to the rear side of the house. Check-in is self-service via a lockbox, with the code and full instructions sent on the day of arrival. Parking is on the driveway or street, taking care not to block other residents` access, and no space is guaranteed. The covered outdoor area is shared with other guests, so a little quiet and consideration will be appreciated. Pets are not allowed at the property.

Booking policy
Guests are required to pay a security deposit of £150 prior to their stay. This is fully refundable pending no damages or excess cleaning being required. This will be a pre-authorisation hold on the card taken at least 24 hours before you check in, and is automatically released within 3 days after check out.

Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.

Cancellation policy
Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
