San Marino 17 features three spacious bedrooms, each designed for
relaxation. The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed and an ensuite
bathroom with a shower and toilet, offering a private retreat with
direct access to the balcony and stunning ocean views. The second
bedroom includes a double bed and shares a bathroom with the third
bedroom, which has two single beds. The shared bathroom includes a
shower and a bath combo, ensuring ample convenience for all guests.

The apartment’s general features include internet access, a cosy lounge
area, and all the essential amenities such as towels and linen. The
living space is highlighted by a large, comfortable lounge with plenty
of natural light and beautiful sea views. There is one air-conditioning
unit available for guest use, located in the lounge area. The fully

This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
17 San Marino is situated on the 4th floor and is accessible via two flights of stairs, as no lift is available.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.

The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at Marino Apartments, 60 Ocean Drive, Shakas Rock.

The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
