I saw there was a mobile number and I called there. Good thing it was picked up and advised where the keys was. They could've advised me beforehand how to get the keys in advance.

"Excellent property, and we were grateful for having such a spacious three bedroom apartment for our family to stay in. The location is excellent, directly opposite the RSL which does fantastic meals overlooking the river (and has a kids club during dinner time!) At the same time as I was checking in late, I saw Front Desk helping out another hotel customer who was a late check in due unexpected flight delay - they went out of their way to be helpful and supportive of the late arrival, and should be commended for that support"
