This is a traditional home in the Cairngorms which provides a true Scottish village experience. Nestled in a quiet area of Ballater with views of the mountains and close to the river, it is only a minutes walk to the bustling village centre and offers incredible opportunities for outdoor adventure. This warm three bedroom home has a private patio, large walled garden and off-road parking for two cars. Charging for EV available in village square car park only a minute's walk away. Guests always tell us how much they enjoy the flow of this house. It is deceptively roomy and has a warm, relaxed atmosphere. You will not want for anything in the kitchen, we have everything you might need from a cafetiere and juicer to champagne flutes and a crystal decanter. The sitting room, dining room and patio provide an easy indoor-outdoor space, while the location of the house is naturally peaceful and right by the river and hills. Relax with your favourite vinyl on our record player whilst you play board games or challenge yourselves to the 1000 piece puzzle during your stay! There is a WC by the front door for convenience, and a full bathroom upstairs. We have a banister on the staircase for those wishing for a little reassurance. The beds are a Goldilocks delight - one queen memory foam, one queen 3000 pocket sprung mattress and a King in the master bedroom for those who like to spread out. Regrettably we do not accept children under 12 years and we do not accept dogs.
