Well known for its Royal connections, it serves as the closest village to Balmoral Castle, the Monarch's beloved Scottish highland retreat. Set in the heart of Royal Deeside, this newly refurbished, end terrace cottage in a quiet residential area of Ballater just a 5 minute walk from the village centre. The cottage offers a peaceful retreat for families or friends exploring the Cairngorm National Park and Scottish Highlands.

This cottage comfortably accommodates four adults with two bedrooms, two walk-in shower rooms, and modern comforts throughout. This comfortable base puts you just moments from Ballater's village life and the stunning Cairngorm countryside.

 The kitchen is well equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, crockery and cutlery. 

 An extendable dining table provides the perfect area for enjoying meals and a comfortable seating area for relaxing and watching (Smart) TV.  There is a selection of board, games and if you would like to learn a little bit of local history, plan a walk or a road trip we have provided books and maps for you to use. 🛏

  Bedroom 1: King-size bed with ensuite toilet and sink, walk-in dual rainfall shower, heated mirror and heated towel rail, smart TV, dressing table, wardrobe, hairdryer, bedside tables with lamp and sockets with usb point, blackout blinds and curtain.

Linen and towels are included.

 Utility bootroom with Washer/drier, drying/airing cupboard for hanging wet jackets and drying footwear, iron and ironing board.
