The home is also located near a bus stop, giving guests an additional option for getting around Ballarat without needing to rely solely on a car.



Sovereign Hill is one of Ballarat’s major attractions, presenting the city’s gold rush history through a living museum experience. The Eureka Centre is located at the Eureka Stockade Memorial Park and is home to the Eureka Flag, while Ballarat Wildlife Park is known for its native animal experiences, including free-roaming kangaroos. For guests wanting nature, Woowookarung Regional Park offers bushwalking, trail running and cycling, and Lake Wendouree and the Ballarat Botanical Gardens are also popular local destinations.

Rideshare and local taxis are also available in Ballarat, though planning ahead is recommended during busy periods or late evening.
