"The check-in attendant was very kind and knowledgeable. He asked us where we would like our room. We chose one at the end of the hallway near an exterior entrance/exit since we would be returning from a wedding reception rather late. After parking and coming in through that door, it did not secure. So your key card was worthless as anyone could come in and out of that door as they please. The room was old. The linens were partially stained. The furniture was filthy. None of the lightbulbs in...

"I honestly dislike anything the property isnt well kept chipped paint on walls coffee maker in rooms missing piece to hold coffee pod in and coffee machine just didn’t work."

"This was our first time staying at Walnut Waters. It was an absolute pleasure to meet the owners and stay at such a relaxing and well-appointed venue. One of the best experiences was enjoying the beautiful scenery while relaxing on the pond. "

"I am shocked at how high of stars this hotel had when it is average at best. The hotel is a whole complex which was difficult to navigate and even find the hotel. It is on a beautiful property, but the beds feel like you’re laying on cheap plastic and the breakfast is disappointing. (No waffle maker, which is always what I’m looking for at hotel breakfast). Overall it was a fine overnight but certainly does not deserve the excellent rating listed. Okay at best"

"We had to leave our house for the night while we were having some work done. We packed up 3 teenage girls while dad wa was still at work and rushed out the door. They were very calming. The lady at the desk when we arrived was super sweet and got us some extra blankets so we could pallet the youngest. The kiddos enjoyed the pool while I was able to relax a little. We all got up early due to headed to work and the breakfast was amazing!!! Large variety and the kids loved all the extra toppings...

"Older motel, older furnishings, only a muffin for breakfast plus juice and coffee and milk. Good price though!"

"The staff was not knowledgeable. They charged a $50 damage deposit then gave us a room with a damaged bathroom shelf. We immediately brought it to their attention, but no one would acknowledge the issue. It remains to be seen if the damage deposit gets refunded."
