"The staff was fantastic. It was very clean. They are under heavy renovation that should be done about April. They are doing a fantastic job of keeping it clean and quiet while working, but several things are closed like breakfast, pool, office and fitness room, etc. Honestly, I was surprised at how clean and quiet it was with so much work they're doing. Well done."

"Parking was very good, secure, staff was very nice, even brought us fresh towels at check in! Hard to understand, English wasn’t the best. The TV was poor. They did explain the trick to turning it on. But we didn’t understand them, didn’t want to be rude and keep asking. We did get it on, never got it to change channels, the remote was useless. For the price, we would stay again. It was very clean, bug free. The coffee was wonderful! "

It we found in the am our items all frozen. Smelled horrible in our room and we were uncomfortable with even taking our shoes and socks off. "Black hair was on tub walls and on the floor in the bathroom very nasty"

"The overall look of the place was very worn and not well kept. Hallways needed vacuumed and floors swept and mopped. Furniture in dining area was stained and very worn down. I tried using the treadmill 1 wouldn't work at all the other started but stopped working after a few minutes with a check motor code. There was a clipped toenail on the floor and used earbuds on equipment. Breakfast was also very sub par. Very sad, because our last visit was very nice.."

"Stayed 2 days. Did not get to use all the amenities. Comfortable beds, nice shower, average tv viewing, very clean. Reasonable cost. They do not automatically clean or reset your room during your stay. I'm sure you could ask though. Breakfast was very average if that. But I generally do not appreciate hotel breakfast. Location is great. Nice walking area near the water. Very pet friendly. Pro tip: If there is going to be heavy storms or wind during your stay, avoid the top 4th floor. Very noisy...

"Cigarette hole burns in the covers and sheets. My kids have bites from there and I’m pretty sure they are bed bugs. The pictures were deceiving to say the least. I’ve stayed at other days in and they were in pretty nice condition. I booked because the pictures looked decent and it had a pool. Needless to say my kids were disappointed because I wasn’t trusting the integrity of the pool because the room was not matching the pictures. Will not stay there again.
