"I was supposed to get a 2 Queen beds and a side bed for my stay, the staff told me they couldn’t help me and have me a 1 Queen bed with a sofa bed. It was horrible. 3 adults with 2 children sharing such small space."

"I was on a weekend vacation with my Grandson and little Boston Terrier. The room was nice and clean. Pillows were comfortable. We used the TV, microwave and refrigerator. All in good clean working condition. Bathroom was nice. Checkin staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, too! several different choices. Will stay there again."

"Most of the staff was great. But really depends on who is there that day. I had a couple of people being extremely helpful and nice. but one morning we didn’t have water during breakfast and the main desk attendant just said: “there is nothing we can do about it.” But other times I had people walking an extra mile to help with the laundry machine and other things. Outside needs care. But the room was clean and the mattress was new and confortable. Breakfast was good for what it is."

"On the plus side, the bed was super comfortable and the shower had great water pressure (strong enough to rinse the shampoo without standing there forever). The hotel was also very convenient to where I needed to be while in town. On the down side, I was given a handicapped-accessible room that I didn't need or want and the staff wouldn't change it, there was a cockroach in the room (mostly in the bathroom) that I couldn't get rid of, and there was a large hole in one of the bath towels that I...

I had specifically booked this property because I needed access to a kitchen during a business trip, and given the sanitation concerns, I did not feel comfortable preparing food or staying in the unit. "Upon entry to the property I was surprised as it appeared quite quaint. The driveway leading up to it left much to be desired however as you need to backout of steep narrow entry onto the road. It is high up in the woods, so this may have been the problem that lead me to allergy and breathing issues. As I was unloading my car, my friend was trying to hook up the wifii, it never came up even after repeated communication and attempts. Breathing became difficult and the house was a bit musty so...
