In the Sévigné 1 residence, a pleasant one-bedroom apartment (T1) located on the 2nd floor with a view of the Thau Lagoon and situated a few meters from the thermal baths.

This apartment comprises a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, a shower room with toilet, a sleeping area with a double bed (140 cm) and a wardrobe, and a loggia. Amenities include: refrigerator with freezer, electric stovetop and range hood, microwave, mini-oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender, suitable dishes and utensils, television, iron and ironing board, and a fan.
Sleeps 2 people. Electricity consumption is extra and will be charged according to the meter reading (at the rate in effect on the day of arrival). This is a non-smoking apartment and is not wheelchair accessible. Pets are allowed. Orientation: Southeast.
