"Peaceful & relaxing with a beautiful beach & safe swimming. The Garden Villas were delightful & the staff genuinely friendly with good service standards. There is a lifeguard on duty who is both informative about sea conditions & the wildlife around. The birdlife is stunning. Only one small quibble in that the inner pool area could do with a bit of a clean.Other than that all good & would certainly recommend."

"This hotel is situated on a beautiful private property, with a lovely garden and private beach with rock pools! Food - especially Sri Lankan food - was fantastic! "Hotel rooms were dirty, wall stains, bath stains, balcony door rusted and staff didn’t remember know much. They were nice but nice doesn’t get the job done unfortunately. Ended up only staying for 1 night and ended up going to another hotel due to this "

"The hotel is undergoing renovations & is essentially a construction site. If you just need somewhere to sleep, it might be okay for you. The reason for the review and # of stars is mostly due to the lack of communication ahead of our stay - it’s very common for hotels to send a message ahead of the stay; we didn’t hear anything from the hotel, and then when we arrived they appeared surprised to receive us.
