"Friendly staff"

"Odam her gün temizlendi.Personel ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü.Teşekkürler her şey için"

"You book with them, but when you turn up your room is not available and you have to settle for a lot lesser room, or cancel and wander the streets looking elsewhere. The staff were nice and friendly but the way the hotel works and the way they will take bookings when the room you try to book is not available is very wrong. We booked the Panoramic 2 bed apartment with Balcony but got 1 night in a very ordinary hotel room and another in a unpleasant apartment."

"Personal çok çok iyi ,sıcak, idi odalar çok temiz ,kahvaltı şahane ,personal her konuda yardımcı oldu. Bakü ye gelcek sefer geldiğimde tabiiki bu otelde kalacağım"

"Excellent"

"Hotel location was amazing. Near to everywhere bu walking distance. Hotel staff and their job professional. Room was large and comfortabke bed. Rrecommend"

"The hotel is in a great position with a great restaurant with a view. However there is not a buffet breakfast as the picture suggest. Breakfast was good but they also offer you coffee which at checkout they charge you an exorbitant price for. It was good coffee and I don't mind paying for it but they need to be honest from the start!"

"Great hotel for exploring Baku. Front desk staff were really helpful and provided a complimentary upgrade. Great choice at the buffet breakfast and a wonderful view of Baku from the room. Would definitely stay again next time we are in Baku"

Klar anbefaling herfra 👍"

"Perfect location for a weekend in Baku"

"very nice and quite hotel, staff very nice and helpful for everything Love it diffinetly will o.e back"

"Room was not available when we turned up, had to book elsewhere. Staff were friendly and helpfull but the alternative room in a very not nice building opersite was not acceptable at all. They could have messaged us during the day or contacted expedia, rather than us turn up in the evening to find no room available."
