"It was a nice quiet neighborhood. Was a nice easy stay over all BUT i will say beds left my back hurting and none of the blinds worked. they looked stained, dirty, outdated and broken…So we couldn’t let natural light in. I guess my recommendation would be getting foam mattress toppers for helping with comfort and possibly getting new blind for all the windows. "

"We love Kernville for the biking and rafting and small town feel. The house was well located within a mile of town and was super clean. Plenty of room for 5 guys. We enjoyed hanging in the backyard too. Highly recommend "

"We absolutely loved our 2 night stay in the caboose. It was clean and spotless inside with everything you need to stay for a couple of days. There was a lot of rail traffic both day and night which is great if you are a railfan like me. We would absolutely stay here again should we ever visit Tehachapi in the future"

"I spent the weekend in Bakersfield with family and had a great time at the Hacienda! The kitchen is well equipped with cooking items and there were enough spaces in the house that I could escape the noise of loud talkers. ;)Lori was incredibly responsive and kindly left snacks for arrival.There was a lot of street parking and a grocery store less than 10 min away."

Communication with the owner is always fast, clear, and friendly, which makes the whole process smooth and stress-free. "I stayed there for my daughter's wedding. Absolutely the property! Better then I expected. It was very clean and extremely comfortable. The host and his family were very welcoming. Didn't realize it was a shared property with the owner and I might of used the pool but wasn't sure if it was ok. I would absolutely book again! I definitely give it a 5 star rating!!!"

"This is our second time going for Labor Day weekend. This cabin is a great place to stay. You feel like you are away from the city but it's only a 90 minute drive. The cabin has all that you need to enjoy a weekend in the woods... and a little bit of swimming. "
