"We never heard of the hotel before but from the very arrival we were impressed. Had some challenges with Alipay for the taxi when we arrived but just walked in and was helped by the friendly staff. Celina the Lobby Manager greeted us and extremely helpful in checking in a travel tired family. The same goes for the Concierge team helping with arrangements on several occasions. The location is great, pool actually looks like the pictures and we really had a good stay. "

"Service is excellent."

"Smukt hotel med god lokation. Personalet er rigtig venlige og hjælpsomme. Morgenmaden byder på en kæmpe buffet, som også indeholder mange vestlige muligheder. "

"The location is good and the hotel staff are courteous"

"Communication with the hotel is an issue. Before the trip, I texted the hotel twice. But without a response. I asked Expedia to contact the hotel. It ended up going nowhere since the person answered the phone had difficulty in another language. It is a little surprise for a major international chain."

"Very fancy room. Excellent price. Convenient location."

"Breakfast very good Nice staffing Very clean room"

"Everything ok. Not inside restaurant available"

"Loved this hotel, hundred percent would come back friendly staff great breakfast. So many good fines nearby loved the room and the. Ambience."

"OMG, this was the best hotel of my entire trip! The location is excellent, and the staff were absolutely wonderful. But the shared spaces and rooms are on another level. It feels like staying in a traditional teahouse, with tea rooms to explore and a beautiful inner courtyard. I won’t give too much away, this hotel is a gem. I fell in love with the balcony that came with my room, the perfect spot to enjoy some tea. It was great value for money, too. If I return to Xi’an, I’ll definitely stay...

"Great location, nice large room."

"Great stay"

"Godt hotel. God service. Rent. Eneste to ting der ikke får topkarakterer er poolen, som er i kælderen og bestemt ikke er hvad fotos giver indtryk af. Det andet er morgenmads buffet er mest for kinesere, med meget lidt morgenmad som appellerer til vesterlændinge, men der er da lidt brød, æg og frugt. Ellers rigtigt godt hotel med god service"

"It was incredibly beautiful; I will recommend it to everyone."

"It's a nice hotel but I could not contact it for reconfirm neither via phone or email. Nice laundry space on floor five, great amenities, breakfast is also delicious."
