"We had booked 14 days at Cumeja - Beach Club & Hotel. Sadly, it turned into the worst experiences we've ever had at a hotel. When we arrived, our room was in a disgraceful state: used towels, hair in the shower, and a general lack of cleanliness. At the bar, glasses were not properly washed; the staff simply rinsed them briefly and served drinks in visibly dirty glasses. Worse still, there were loud parties on the premises with music and shouting until late at night, making sleep impossible. We woke up to empty bottles and glasses scattered everywhere. What was meant to be a peaceful getaway felt more like chaos. We decided to leave early the next morning, as it was impossible for us to enjoy our stay under such conditions. We requested a refund for the remaining days we did not use. Not only did the hotel refuse to refund us, but they also tried to intimidate us into staying silent — making it clear they did not want us sharing our experience publicly. We are sharing this review precisely because no guest should be treated this way. A hotel should provide a clean and safe environment and handle complaints professionally, not with threats. We strongly advise against booking a stay at Cumeja - Beach Club & Hotel"
