Scum!!!!!

Not so satisfied over all most especially in administration/reception informations during check in and check out Reservation has been paid total 2,600php But suddenly when we did our checked out they said we need to pay another 1,000php One for the extra person w/c is 500php and on the other side 500php for having queen size bed!??? Yet their toilet was not working very well.... And they didnt gave it back either our deposit! I could say they just made this only for scum! So that they dont need to give back all deposited money during checked in

Very nice location. Right beside the wet market and Burnham park. We just requested for a chair because we don't have one in the room. The first attempt, it took more than 30 mins still the chair hasn't arrived yet so we called again and said to bring it later since we were to go out. Then we came back and before we went up to our room, I asked again the front desk about the chair. They kept on insisting it was for additional chair but we don't have any chair in the room. It arrived faster that time. Also the dresser table was so dirty. It didn't look like it but when we wiped it, the tissue was all black. Everything else was fine with the stay. We will definitely be back again.

It seems that at this hotel there is always some problem with the room. This time the room given to us had no TV, no phone, and no hot water kettle. Had to walk back down to front desk and was told to wait for another room! The lady at front desk was unfriendly from the very beginning and the process of moving to another room took about 30 minutes. This hotel really has many good attributes, am very hopeful that these little problems will go away soon as I do like this hotel very much.

Strategically located, however…

The hotel is strategicslly located in the city. It is near the public market where you can buy fresh vegetables, fruits and locally made products like strawberries, jams and baskets. The hotel is also a stone throw away from Burnham Park where you can enjoy the day with fun filled activities like boatride, jogging, zumba, bike rentals. There is supermarket in the mezzanine level where you can buy things which you need. There is also a McDonald store. Staff in the receptions are all courteous. I was also able to check in in less than three minutes. I just showed them my reservation via Hotels.com. One thing that the hotel needs is refurbishment. Water faucet and bidet is coninuously leaking. Despite the report that we have done, nobody came to repair the leaks. The restaurant where you also eat your free breakfast is not well maintained especially the reception area. I don’t know if it was neglected due to the recent Covid pandemic. Dried leaves of thd plants were not even sorted out in the pots. The hallways do not have any CCTV for security monitoring. There is no security guard in the front door. Outsiders can freely enter the premises and hop in the elevator which is just beside the front door. I hope the management will consider inspecting the items that needs repair in the hotel since the visitors in Baguio are now starting to come back after the pandemic.

Its city center and near Burnham. Its cool. But we cant sleep well as we heard cars from the 6th floor. Its annoying. But staff is responsive.

Dårlig hotell

Da jeg ringte for å bekreftet rommene som var bestil ( et for 2 pers og et for 3 pers) så var den jeg snakket med på tlf. Ikke var så service innstilt og var veldig påståelig og mente vi bestilte to rom for 4 pers selv om beløpet var trekt allerede for det rommet for 3 personer. Vi bestilte en ekstra seng for min søster som bestemte seg å være med så vi ble 6 pers. Hun booket ekstre seng for 2 netter men ble trukket for 3 netter! Og da hun gjorde de oppmerksom på det ville de trekke henne for gebyr for transaksjonen?! Hun måtte krangle seg til å få pengene tilbake. Rommet var ikke gjort klart da vi kom. Badet hadde oversvømmelse. Den ene dusjen var ødelagt. Frokosten var elendig. Og de som jobbet i resepsjon var uprofesjonelt og lite service innstilt. Ikke verdt pengene selvom det var ganske så sentralt.

Solid hotel with room for improvement.

The hotel location is the best in baguio, right in the middle of the city, right next to burnham park. The breakfast buffet was good and plenty, the response time for requests was fast, and the rooms were clean. The only problem was maintenance for utilities such as the faucets and sinks were poor. Our room has a non functioning faucet, and the sink in my son's room was leaking the entire stay, both were never fixed even when it was reported to the mintenance staff and front desk. The balconies were dirty and some fixtures inside the room such as the lights and chairs look very outdated and old. Other than those things, we recommend this hotel due to accessibility to various places in baguio. Just wished that they fixed their bathrooms regarding the faucets and leaks.

This hotel is okay if you're not a picky person. For example: the shower looks good, but it had bad pressure so you're in the shower longer than normal. There are elevators to take you to your floor, but most times it gets stuck. Lots of infrastructure issues, like a leaky shower, but the staff are onto your issue straight away. Theres internet, but it drops often and its quite slow. There is buffet a breakfast, but there is a shortage of staff to restock food, plates and cups, and to clear the tables fast enough for the next group of peopleto sit. It is central to everything, but it is noisy from 5am. So this hotel is just okay.

I like that the hotel is near the market to mall and to church but the building itself is old so they haven’t updated or maintain especially their bathroom. The faucet, shower head and flash of the bowl needed fixing and the hot & cold water is hard to achieved your desired temperature and ended extremely hot or cold. Overall, the hotel is safe to stay in. The staff has a good customer service. I just hope they improve their facility so that they have very good rating.

Meh.

Front desk people could be more welcoming. I walked up to the front desk and advised we were checking in, the front desk lady didn't even bother to acknowledge my presence except to raise a hand up to stop me from talking as she picked up a ringing telephone. They really could use some brushing up in the hospitality department because that kind of welcome wasn't what I was expecting after a frustrating 5-hour land trip to get to the place. Some of the amenities need some work as well. The faucet in the tub in the bathroom doesn't work, the ceramic soap holder was hanging onto dear life and I constantly feared that it would fall on my feet while I showered. There is a safe in the roos but no keys were ever provided to us. When we checked out, there wasn't even a "thank you for staying with us" or something to acknowedge we had just been their guest. The location of the hotel is really good so we let these things slide. We're not fussy people, we don't even mention any of these things at all as we were just trying to have a good time while in Baguio. The fact that we noticed these things says a lot- most hotels wouldn't treat their guests this way. These things are inconsequesntial but they leave an impression that really puts us off from staying in the same place if we ever decide to visit the city again.

I like this property because it is near the night market just a cross the street and lots of food store also. The least I don't like about this property is their toilet, it need to be change to a new one. Each time you used it you will need to lift up the handle to be able the water to flow well, it was quite frustrated!

Good location. Very near in session road and market. Check in and check out was a breeze. However, the hotel was old. The bathroom sink leaks which makes the bathroom floor wet all the time. Shower knobs were loose which makes it hard for the hot water to come. Aircon and exhaust of bathroom is too noisy. Breakfast was so so.
