Location is closeby to popular tourist spots, staff are courteous and helpful, but the facility needs some maintenance repairs to be done. There's a foul smell eminating from the bathroom floor drainage, the bathroom door is almost falling off, can't close it without lifting to adjust it. The free breakfast was good, there are meal sets to choose from.

Property is conveniently situated at city centre. Walking distance to Burnhap park and main Baguio session road. The hotel is maintained well and staff are very helpful and courteous.

The staff was friendly, but the place was filthy and there was no toilet seats in the whole place. Water pressure was bad and the sink leaks all over the counter top.

The phone and tv.is shot.leaky toilet, bed and bedding its worse. Mosquitos everywhere in the room. room is not good.food is worse.doors is not safe .this building needs general reno for every room.vanity not presentable. In a short word this hotel kisad in Baguio .philippines is not recommendable,to stay in my ..opinion. thanks mabuhay..

The property itself is in good condition but it was not well maintained. Deep cleaning should be done as toilet is dirty, walls has stains and molds, blanket smells like something that has been kept away for the longest time. Not recommended and I will not come back.

Great and friendly staff. However, the cleanliness of this hotel is not up to par. The bathroom is filthy, we found a roach egg on the wall, dust on the ceiling, the mirror by the sink area is not clean. On the 2nd night of our stay, I found a gum in the blanket that I used the night before which is absolutely gross. This hotel needs a serious attention when it comes to cleanliness. Paying for 2 rooms with the same issue is not money worth.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever seen. We did not stay. Filthy room. Mold on walls in room and bathroom. Toilet leaking on the floor. I asked front desk for towels to contain the leaking, but they were going to charge me for them!! Major construction going on next door. Noisy beyond description. The room was cold. No heater. This place needs a major renovation. Possibly just demolition

1. informed front desk of our early checkout and requested that the breakfast to be served to us as soon as the kitchen open, as we have an early return trip, bus. 2. We ordered toast and sausages so that it can be cooked immediately. 3. The requested menu was then only cooked upon my followup and of which we no longer have any tieme left as we will miss our bus. 4. Low water pressure of the bidet at room 101 5. Garbage smell was observed early in the morning at room 101, as some garbage were put outside the room window. 6. Internet is too slow, TV is not working when we arrived to check in. 7. Female kitchen staff is not attentive to my reauerst for an early breakfast

Hotel staff were friendly, but looked tired. We were on the 3rd floor. Since there was no elevator, the bellboy, an old man, had to carry my 2 heavy luggages up the stairs. My senior companions had difficulty walking up the stairs. Location of the hotel was steep and secluded, making it difficult for taxis to back out. The room was dirty, no AC, bed bugs. Toilet was barely flushable and had NO shower curtains.

Sending this review for imporvement. Not to rant.

Hello! Customer service was great. 2 receptionists and chef was very accommodating. Dining area has good ambience. However, in terms of the condition or our room (Room 210). The window was broken and no view outside. It makes us sad because we expected nice view and we expect to have a window for proper ventilation. Also, stainless towel holders and hooks were dirty and rusty. Door knob is not secured i think it can be open using plastic cards. Hotel Henrico Kisad has a lot to offer. I hope minor observations can be corrected soon. I still want to stay in Hotel Henrico in the future. Thanks for accommodating us. See you soon!!

We arrived early and they allowed us to check in without additional charge. We stayed here before and it was nice that the reception and restaurant were renovated. It would also help in reviews if they renovate toilets and not look like a makeshift bathroom with tubes running all over.

The room given was an 8 sqm room with 2 bunkbeds that are a meter away from each other. the CR was a mess, very badly lit, with just 1 bulb lighting the room. The main door is few inches bigger than the cr door. NEVER WILL I BOOK WITH YOUR APP AGAIN

We were allowed to check-in earlier than the usual check-in time. The staff were really helpful and accommodating. The rooms were clean, however, some stuff on the bathroom were not ok (ie. towel and shower holder). The hotel serves flowing (instant) coffee. The receptionist was very kind to help us look for a taxi when we were to check out. To add, the place is relatively near Burnham Park and is very accessible. Overall, we really had a good stay in this hotel. It's worth the price that we paid (even more!).
