"Fantastisk hotel og med super service. Beliggenheden er hel optimal hvis man ønsker at bo tæt på alt og med den smukkeste udsigt over søen. Morgenmaden er super, der kan vælges fra menuen. Virkelig et fund til prisen.

"The Hotel Mahendra Prakash is awesome place to stay in Udaipur at affordable cost. The rooms are spacious and gives you haveli like atmosphere. It is located at a prime area, major tourist spots are at walkable distance. Frintdesk, Housekeeping and restaurant staff is efficient and polite. Swimming pool is clean. Good is nice. Amazing breakfast. The owners and family are welcoming.They have maintained high standards of the property. Must stay at this hotel when in Udaipur. Highly recommended."

"I read a number of reviews before booking a standard room. It was simple but fully lived up to my expectations and I had a wonderful stay. It is a well kept haveli just a stone throw from Lake Pichola and the city palace. You don't get a better location. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends."

"Vi havde udsigt udover søen. Vi havde et fint ophold på det familiemeejede hotel. Familien var flinke og hjalp når man spurgte. Vi fik endda lov at chekke ind kl. 6 om morgenen!"

"A great find and conviently located. The gentleman on reception was great throughout my stay, very friendly, accommodating and helpful. The room was a good size with lots of old period furnishings. Large comfy bed and a fan heater provided. AC worked well too though being the cooler months use of fan heater was needed. Large bathroom with good hot water shower. Located within walking distance to the Palace entrance gate and plenty of resturants nearby. Would definately recomend and stay here...

"It’s a beautiful property in a wonderful setting. So tranquil and beautiful. The staff are excellent and very helpful. The boat trip around the lake was a real pleasure. Our room was large and spacious, with excellent views of the lake from two aspects. We would happily stay at this property again. Thoroughly recommended. "

"The best location second only to the Taj Lake Palace. Best views of the lake. Beautiful heritage rooms. Restaurant has a lovely location. Short walk to other restaurants and bars.
Reception and concierge service are very limited. Shame there isn’t a decent bar with a view for sundowners. Lots of places nearby though. I’d stay here again for an authentic haveli"

"This hotel is the actual king’s palace. It is beautiful and well maintained. You do feel like royalty staying here. And it is the perfect location in city center, close to City Palace, shopping, and access to the lake. Would highly recommend!"

"Room was not available and owner still accepted the booking. He did not even cancel the booking on asking. We faced too much difficulty finding another option to stay as it was too late. Terrible thing was when we asked expedia for refund even they supported that hotel made up story."
