"From the moment we arrived the service was outstanding. The suitcases was taken by the staff and delivered to the room. I think we got the best suite they had "cinnamon" great view from the kingsize bed over the sea. Very big bathroom with his/hers zink. Fresh towels everyday and drinking water. "I stayed for 6 nights with a friend, first time in Goa for both of us. Location - if in Baga, the hotel is as central as its get. You are right in the midst of everything in Baga. Service - very friendly, they try to accommodate you as best as they can. But this is India, don't expect them to be knowledgeable, for example, about what do to around... "Although the property serves the purpose of a place to stay, and the location is good, walking distance to the main road and 15mins walk to the beach front. But the facility is dated, not well maintained and house keeping don't really clean to a decent level. Lipstick marks on cups and dead moth in the room for 4 days! "The Staff was Very Very Un Professional. Ideally they dont know how to run a Hotel who were the Responsible person. Wont recommend the Hotel to any one. If u get it for 3000 Rs then you can stay. Breakfast was Pathetic Person at Reception was more than pathetic."
