"Worst hotel ever and first bad hotel at hotels.com, been customer for 50 + hotels in 6 + years. The room smelled so bad of mould and was like a coffinin smell/lack of light etc. We felt claustrofobic, my girlfriend and the staff said it smelled bad. Got a new room that wasnt much better and we checked out the next day at 10 AM, checked in the night before at 8/9 pm. The hotel didnt want to give my money back for the next 2 days and could only give me another bad room, the manager never tried to...

"Dolphin House is in prime oceanfront location just a stone's throw from White Beach. While my room was basic, the property grounds are beautiful with a picturesque restaurant and bar overlooking the sea. The staff though is what sets Dolphin House apart - so warm, friendly and accommodating! I arrived late after their restaurant and front desk had closed but the kitchen made two huge and delicious sandwiches that they left with the night guard to give to me - sooo nice! "Det var tydeligt at hotellet er forholdsvis nyt og derfor stadig lærer hvordan de kan blive bedre. Fine værelser og dejlige omgivelser, med rigtig mange ekstra services såsom massage, tours, gratis kajak og snorkelling gear, poolbord, spillemaskinen og brætspil. Udsigten fra poolen kan man ikke klage over. Ren hygge! Vi nød vores ophold og personalet var SÅ rare."
