"Worst hotel ever and first bad hotel at hotels.com, been customer for 50 + hotels in 6 + years. The room smelled so bad of mould and was like a coffinin smell/lack of light etc. We felt claustrofobic, my girlfriend and the staff said it smelled bad. Got a new room that wasnt much better and we checked out the next day at 10 AM, checked in the night before at 8/9 pm.
