It comprises a lovely 50 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower and bathtub) and a garden of around 700 m². Wi-Fi (fiber optic), sheets and towels included. We look forward to welcoming you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

On the ground floor:
- A bright 50 m² living room with TV, sofa, armchairs, fireplace (wood not provided) and dining area
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A separate toilet

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190)
- A mezzanine with an office area
- A bathroom with shower and bathtub
- A separate toilet

For even more comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A beautiful 700 m² garden, partially enclosed
- A 25 m² terrace, facing southwest and accessible from the living room. It is equipped with furniture so you can enjoy sunny days.

The house is ideally located in Baden, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
