Welcome to our lovingly renovated apartment on the first floor of our family home. Enjoy a peaceful stay in the southern part of Bad Oeynhausen—perfect for relaxation, business trips, or a short getaway.



The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests and is comfortably furnished for 2 adults. The bedroom features a cozy double bed, while the living area offers a large sofa bed for two additional guests.



The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. In the living area, a comfortable sofa, a 50-inch Panasonic TV, and free Wi-Fi invite you to unwind.



The bathroom has a walk-in shower and complimentary toiletries for your stay. Electric shutters on all windows provide extra comfort and privacy. Relax on the balcony at the end of your day.



You can park your car conveniently on our property. An EV charging station is available upon prior arrangement for an additional fee.



A special note: Twix, our affectionate cat, lives in the house but does not have access to the apartment.



Important: All guests aged 16 and over must pay a local spa tax in Bad Oeynhausen. Before arrival, we require the full name, address, and date of birth of each guest to issue spa cards in advance. With the spa card, you will receive attractive discounts—a flyer with information is available in the apartment.
