The cozy holiday home features three bedrooms, a TV, a fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher and microwave, a washing machine, and a bathroom with shower.

A playground for children is nearby. As guests, you can enjoy hiking and fishing in the area (please obtain a permit from the city on site) or simply relax in the garden.



The house accommodates up to six people and was renovated in 2023.



All our holiday homes offer mobile internet, which, according to the provider, ensures a stable connection—ideal for working from home or streaming.



Please note: Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request for an extra charge. You will receive the key code after booking.



As a self-catering holiday home, we provide a starter set of essentials (toilet paper, dishwasher tab, soap, and dishwashing liquid), replenished after each stay. For larger groups or longer stays, we recommend bringing your own supplies—supermarkets are about 5 km away in Bad Arolsen.



All TVs in the holiday park have been converted from analog to digital, so you benefit from better picture and sound quality.



Several parking spaces and two EV charging stations are available in the holiday park.



The park also features a playground, barbecue area (please note: only electric grills are allowed according to park rules and are not provided by the house), tennis court, table tennis, and mini golf.



In nearby Bad Arolsen (approx. 5 km), you will find supermarkets, bakeries, cafés, doctors, pharmacies, the hospital, Bad Arolsen Castle, and the year-round "Arobella" swimming pool.



A spa and tourism tax applies year-round in Bad Arolsen. More information will be provided after booking.



Pets are welcome: up to 2 dogs are allowed. For more than 2 dogs, please contact the host in advance.



An additional local tourist tax is payable on site.
