"Fantastisk service, proffesionelt personale"

"I don't know which score this ends up at. But it was actually really, really nice. The place was nice, nicely located (really nicely located actually!) the girl at the reception was friendly and helped me out with a few things which was helpful being a turist and all. Unfortunately I was staying next to, I think, a family who had no respect for anyone what so ever. Smoking in their room, running on the hallway, being noisy (they were noisy at 22:00 when I went to sleep), shouting, crying,...

"Fint, centralt hotel med dejlig tagterasserne. Værelserne er naturligvis små, men yderst godt indrettede. Meget moderne sted. Generelt er bad- og toiletfaciliteter pæne, især hvis førstnævnte benyttes om morgenen. Dog var mange af de "private" bade lukkede pga vedligeholdelse "

"Sjovt lille hotel. Rent og pænt. Fin beliggenhed for busstationen og centrum. Mulighed for spisning. Alt til rimelig pris"

"Modtagelsen i receptionen var meget professionnel, med hjaelp til parkeringeomraadet, og oplysninger om byen. Vaerelset var som det skulle vaere, rent og rummeligt. Service i restauranten og baren var fin, incl. morgenmadsbuffeten, men den middag vi indtog i restauranten "har vi faaet bedre". Kokken burde nok have et kursus."

"A very cool reception by staff. Not enough information, e.g. about breakfast vouchers, etc. Only took cash in the reception. Very noisy people in the hotel. I chose it because of the central location. Not worth it, unfortunately. "

"Very nice and clean place! Capsule can get a little hot during the night, otherwise you have a clean, private environment. Bathroom is very clean!"

"Be warned that you need early coordination for key pickup as there is no reception or self-checkin, which we were aware before booking. We had to wait over an hour to meet the host late in the evening when we were so tired. The condition of the apartment was bad. Faucet was broken (though usable), cracks on walls and ants in the kitchen. We would've left if we had other availability nearby. "

"The room was fantastic with the castle view. The staff were lovely and went above and beyond to accommodate us. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again. Fantastic city centre location too. "
