"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We arrived as guests – we left as fans 😂 We had a really lovely stay at Upon Vila Alcochete. The hotel itself is great, but it was especially the staff who made our stay extra special. We were greeted by staff who were so helpful and welcoming that at one point we almost started wondering if we were actually allowed to go home again. 😂 Everyone was kind, smiling and ready to help – even when we probably had enough questions to justify having our own information desk in the reception. And then there is Verónica ❤️ She was working at the reception and was simply fantastic. Always smiling, incredibly helpful and with a calmness that should probably be available on prescription. 😂 Whatever we asked, she found a solution. You almost get the feeling that if we had asked her how to get an elephant up to the third floor, she would simply have said: "Of course – I'll look into it." 🐘😂 She is truly the kind of person who makes a difference. You feel welcome, noticed and well taken care of – and that is exactly how a hotel stay should feel. So a huge thank you to the entire staff for your fantastic service ❤️👏 And an extra special thank you to Verónica – you officially get our very own 6th star, which unfortunately the hotel doesn't officially have available. ⭐😂 We would very happily come back again. And if Verónica is working when we return, then the decision has basically already been made! Upon Vila Alcochete – hopefully, we'll see you again! 🇵🇹❤️"
