"but when I do, it’s because it was excellent. Absolutely lovely boarding house/pub in a small village. Tons of atmosphere and charm. The innkeep and his staff were very pleasant and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent and very open to customization. They even had a vegetarian version of the full English breakfast, which is something I don’t find very often. Will highly recommend for a family stopover or as a base for a few days while scouting the area."
