Narcissos 'Nissi Beach' Apartment E9

Just finished full renovation and listed our NARCISSOS ‘NISSI BEACH’ Apartment E9 is a great place to stay for anyone visiting Ayia Napa. With its convenient location, just 400 meters from the Nissi Beach Hotel, guests will have easy access to all the area's attractions including the well know ‘Nissi Beach’
The apartment itself is newly renovated and beautifully furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room. The two bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, and there is a large bathroom with walk in shower (renovated January 2025). One of the standout features of the apartment is the 16m² balcony, which offers a fantastic view of the communal pool. This is a great spot for guests to relax and enjoy a meal or a drink.
Other amenities at the apartment include air conditioning, a smart TV with satellite channels, and free high-speed Wi-Fi. There is also a washing machine, microwave oven, tea/coffee maker, hair dryer, safety deposit box, and ironing equipment for guests to use. Having a sofa bed (140 X190 cm) in the living room the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 persons. (5th and 6th persons/s are charged extra).
Finally, the apartment offers private covered parking and an elevator for guests' convenience. Overall, Narcissos Nissi Beach apartment E9 is a great place to stay for anyone visiting Ayia Na pa and the Nissi Beach area.
Useful and important information: Please note that one-time FREE cleaning service and change of bed linen are provided for a minimum of 14 nights stay. In the accommodation price includes free electricity usage of 26 kWh per day, sufficient for normal daily use. For our younger guests under 25 years of age and/or also for groups of 5 and/or 6 persons, a damage (security) deposit of total EUR 300 is required and will be collected on arrival. Please also note that we do not accept reservations for hen, stag or similar parties.
