Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire 4-bedroom home, including the fully equipped kitchen, two living areas, and private laundry. Guests will also enjoy full private access to all exterior amenities, including the 6-person hot tub, the 6-person sauna, the gas grill, the deck, and the large driveway with parking space for up to 5 vehicles.

When the snow melts, our property serves as an idyllic retreat surrounded by wildflower-lined trails and endless outdoor recreation. Spend sunny afternoons at Nottingham Lake in the heart of Avon, where you can rent paddleboards, swim, or picnic along the scenic shores. The area is a haven for mountain biking and hiking, with breathtaking routes like the Berry Picker Trail and family-friendly paths running along the beautiful Eagle River.



A quick 10-minute drive brings you into Vail, where summer steps into full gear. Experience unforgettable open-air concerts under the stars at the Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater, or stroll through the bustling Vail Farmers' Market & Art Show. Getting Around:

A personal vehicle is highly recommended to easily explore the surrounding trails, golf courses, and village districts, as public transit lines do not directly service this immediate neighborhood. The home provides an expansive driveway with on-site parking for up to 5 vehicles, ensuring plenty of space for your entire group. Please keep in mind that street parking is strictly prohibited at all times.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that there is bear activity in the area so please be cautious and do not leave trash or food outside, be sure to close/lock windows and doors upon departure.



Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates.



Please note that the hot tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the tub is chemically treated but other times it's drained and refilled in addition to being chemically treated. Because of this, the tub may be cold on your arrival and may not be hot on the first night of your stay.



4-wheel drive or AWD may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.



Please note that street parking is strictly prohibited by local regulations; all vehicles must be parked within the designated 5 spaces in the private driveway.
