Welcome to our EagleVail home! This is a warm, family-friendly home in a prime location — ideal for guests who want space, comfort, and a short commute to both Vail and Beaver Creek. Included in your stay are guest passes to the Athletic Club at The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa and 1 complimentary parking pass for The Seasons building in Avon, just a 5 minute walk from the Westin Riverfront Gondola. We’re a local family traveling at the end of February, and the house is available from February 21 - March 1. Shorter stays welcome during these dates.

Parking Pass * Included in your stay is one RFID parking pass for The Seasons commercial building in Avon. Once you park, walk to the Westin Riverfront Gondola in about 5 minutes. Or, you can hop on the BC Express Shuttle right next to the taco truck and be at the village base in 10-15 minutes.

ABOUT THIS HOME This home is in a prime location just minutes from Vail and Beaver Creek. Nearby attractions include Beaver Creek Resort, Nottingham Park, Vail Brewing Co., the 'Green Mile,' as well as conveniences like City Market Avon, specialty food stores, equipment rentals, restaurants, and nightlife. The house is comfortable for families and friends with space to relax, hang out, play games, prepare meals, do laundry, and get a good night's rest.
THE SPACE This home is a 4 bedroom duplex with 3.5 bathrooms, has a large deck with a fenced backyard, and an oversized washer/dryer. The home features modern updates like heat control from your phone, high-speed wifi, 2 smart TVs, and smart washer/dryer, while keeping the rustic charm of mountain living front and center. With real hardwood floors, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable living, you’ll feel right at home during your stay.

* Wood burning pot belly stove is the centerpiece of the home and helps keep the main level warm. The home stays cozy with individual room temperature control via the MYSA app.
* Smart TVs are on the main floor and in mother-in-law suite. The home has high-speed wifi so everyone can stay connected.
* The fenced backyard backs up to Highway 6, which brings some road noise — typical for the Vail Valley. Spacious back deck to hang with your pup, with outdoor seating and a gas firepit to soak in the crisp alpine air.
THE LAYOUT As you pull in, you'll notice the quiet and family-friendly neighborhood with 3 cul-de-sacs and no roads to pass through on. There are 3 parking spots: two in the driveway and one gravel spot. Keyless entry will bring you into the home, where you'll be greeted with cozy mountain living. Comfortable sleeping for families with children: 1 king bed and 4 twins, plus crib and/or queen air mattress upon request.

HELPFUL DETAILS TO KNOW * This two-story duplex includes interior stairs, with two steps to reach the front door. * The garage is not available for guest use, and there is no street parking; three designated parking spaces are provided. * A starter supply of firewood is provided for the wood-burning stove. * Starter kitchen and bath supplies are included for your arrival. * Driveway snow removal is provided during winter weather. * The home is pet friendly and offers easy outdoor access. * This is a well-loved family home with thoughtful touches that create a warm and comfortable stay. * The home is available February 21 - 28. Shorter stays are welcome, and a discount may be available for booking the full week.
