Light filled townhome between Vail and Beaver Creek (Dogs ok!)

Come and enjoy the mountains in our remodeled 3 story, 3 bed/2.5 bath townhome, 10-12 min from Vail and 5-7 min from Beaver Creek. Our place is light and bright with soaring paneled ceilings, we have fast WIFI, and are dog friendly! Though we are new to VRBO, we are not new hosts (dozens of reviews on other platforms).

We are a great launching pad for all the recreation Vail Valley has to offer. Winters offer world class skiing and snowboarding of course, and the golf course running through the neighborhood allows for cross country skiing and snowshoeing right out the front door! In the summer enjoy golf, the community pool right up the street, as well as a BMX track, tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts, a pond (my dogs favorite spot!), and several playgrounds.

Layout is as follows:
First floor has two bedrooms, one has a queen bed and the other has a queen and twin bunk beds. Those two bedrooms share a bathroom and there is also a laundry room in this floor that you are welcome to use.

Second floor is the main living area with a well stocked kitchen, dining table, comfy sectional, smart TV, bio-ethanol fireplace, and a balcony with propane grill.

Third floor (up a spiral staircase) has the primary bedroom suite with a large bathroom and walk in shower.

Dog fee is $25/night. No breed/size restrictions but we ask that you LET US KNOW IN ADVANCE and follow some common sense dog rules.

You will have two outdoor parking spots and a small garage which will work if you have a smaller car. Most guests use the garage for storage of skis, golf clubs, etc.

1. No smoking.
2. No illegal activities of any kind on the property.
3. No parties or gatherings.
4. No overnight guests who aren’t included on initial reservation. If your group make-up changes, please contact me and we can work something out.
5. No unauthorized pets. We do allow dogs with pre-approval and pet fee.
6. We know accidents happen, so if you break, spill, or stain something, please let us know right away so we can prepare for cleaning, replacement, or repair. Guest authorizes host to charge them for fees related to damage.
7. Please keep noise to a minimum, our next door neighbors work early mornings. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 7am.
8. Please leave skis, bikes, or any other equipment that might scuff up the walls in the garage or your car.
9. Please only park in the designated parking spots.
