  • This elegant 4BR/3.5BA mountain townhome is nestled in a quiet Eagle-Vail neighborhood. Highlights of this updated retreat include a gourmet kitchen, modern furnishings, and three workspaces throughout the home. For ultimate comfort, the kitchen, wet bar area, and bunk room have in-floor radiant heat.

    Head to the fenced deck to soak in the private hot tub. With epic hiking trails and premier ski resorts located within minutes, this home is the ideal all-season getaway.

    LIVING AREA

    Host a movie night in the living room, complete with a sectional, a 75' 4K TV, and a 5.1 surround sound system.

    Select a beverage from the wine fridge at the wet bar and lounge by the fireplace.

    A writing desk offers a laptop-friendly workspace.

    KITCHEN & DINING

    The kitchen features granite countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances.

    Four can perch at the breakfast bar. The dining table seats six.

    BED & BATH

    This two-story townhome sleeps 12 guests in four bedrooms, each with hybrid memory foam and innerspring mattresses.

    The primary suite has a king bed, a 58' 4K TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

    The second bedroom has an XL twin-over-queen bunk bed alongside a twin-over-twin bunk bed with a twin trundle. Watch shows on the 46” HDTV. The sit-to-stand desk has a built-in wireless charger and a monitor with an HDMI connection. The all-new en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower with a rainfall showerhead and a granite bench.

    The third bedroom has a king bed and a 58” 4K TV. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed, a 40” HDTV, and a built-in desk with a monitor.

    The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. A half bath adds convenience.

    OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

    Take in mountain views from the fenced deck and indulge in a soak in the hot tub.

the perfect getaway

it was such a great experince. the spaciousness the amenities. great hot tub we were expecting it to be hotter without air-conditions but there was lots of fans and when we got the windows open it was cool loved the neighborhood truly worth the money

Great location and fabulous interior.

This was our first time using VRBO and this was a great find for us. It was perfect for what we needed and a 9 minute drive to Beaver Creek Resort. We had a large group of family in town for my daughters wedding and this was large enough to sleep 12 people comfortably. The entire place seems to have been just renovated inside and the highlights for us were the kitchen, hot tub, and large room with bunk beds for the kids. Nice and cozy feel with heated floors. It was clean and super nice inside. We plan on coming back in October and hope we can reserve the exact same place again.

A great stay in Avon

This house was wonderful. We really enjoyed everything it had to offer and loved the area where it was located. It doesn’t have air conditioning and the first couple of days we were there in June were very warm during the day, but there are lots of fans and it was fine. One bedroom does not have windows, so we had to be sure and leave bedroom doors open at night and turn on fans. Once the weather cooled back down to normal it was great. We would stay here again. It had everything we needed and more. The area is close to grocery stores and restaurants. It was clean and comfortable!

Great Ski Vacation Spot!

This condo was a great place to stay for our family. With 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths it was plenty of space for my husband and me and our 5 grown children. Very convenient to both Beaver Creek and Cail resorts and all of the restaurants etc. Condo was clean and nicely set up with large TV in community area and well-supplied kitchen. Also, great comfy beds!! The only issue I had was with the two sets of French doors. I would have liked to have had curtains on them for privacy. Esp during the day when I was by myself. Anyway—great place to stay!!

Avon Home

The house was clean and had enough kitchen pots pans and utensils. Kyle, the Vacasa head of maintenance was awesome fixing things and getting us more fans and high chairs etc... He was vey good. However, the house really only had three bedrooms. The fourth one has no windows that open to ventilate during the day and night. The young grandchild had a hard time sleeping due to heat.

Lots of space

This house has everything, big kitchen lots of space in the living room. We would stay there again for sure. Minor thing though while we were there the attached townhouse was being renovated so lots of trucks and material in the driveway but that will be done soon i am sure.

The view, the cleanliness of the house, & the hot tub! The bedrooms were spacious. A fan for every room, along with humidifiers were a plus! The neighborhood felt safe. The playground just down the street was great. Being close to eateries & a Walmart were also great.

Its a great property to stay but the only issue we had was with a couple of snakes that were living under the walking deck right outside the main entrance door which came out every now and then and gave us a little scare. Other than that amazing house

Everything we hoped it would be

The home was just right for our group of 8 adults. Each couple had a bedroom and there was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy spending time together downstairs making meals or hanging out around the fireplace. The home seemed freshly renovated. The shower in the bunk bedroom was great and we LOVED the heated floors. Charming, quiet neighborhood within a short drive of restaurants, shopping and skiing. All the services you need are less than five minutes away. We enjoyed the easy access to skiing at Beaver Creek, too. We missed the snowstorm and fresh powder (it came the day we left) but all in all it was a great stay that exceeded expectations.

Gorgeous Avon Ski Retreat!

Our house was a gorgeous home in Avon right down the street from Beaver Creek resort and a 15 minute drive from Vail so the location was perfect! The inside of the home looks and feels recently renovated with new appliances and furniture, and there was comfortable sleeping for 12. Ample parking for 4 cars made this house absolutely perfect for any large ski group!

Clean, well-appointed and comfortable. Perfect for our group with lots of thoughtful touches. We loved the hot tub, kitchen and super comfy beds. Very close to Beaver Creek. Wonderful views from the hot tub in the evening. We will be back.

Great Place - a few issues

The house was great! Very clean and the perfect space for a family! We loved the space and amenities! The location in proximity to Beaver Creek was awesome, however, it backs up to the busy road so it was pretty noisy from the street. One of the TVs didn’t work even after following the instructions given. The driveway is a little steep so be careful parking if there is snow! There are 4 parking spaces at the home. Some communication from the management said there was only 1 and we had to contact them to confirm.

Comfortable!

We had a large group of 10 ranging in age from 7-52. With 2 King beds and the bunk room, the configuration worked well. Upstairs is a little tight and 2 of the 3 upstairs bathrooms were small but it still worked just fine for a weekend stay. Main living area and kitchen was roomy and comfortable, nice neighborhood with some street noise.

Was as great as anticipated

After an almost fail with the mgt company last minute, the homeowner saved our holiday and made it all perfect! Place was spotless, perfectly located and the hot tub was a fun end of day treat for the whole family! There were many interior conveniences at every corner like hooks everywhere for us to hang out stuff and, also the basketball and playground across the street ! (The very itchy animal skin sofa was the only thing I wish was different but luckily the many throw blankets and a little effort solved the problem!) . I highly recommend this unit all Around and we look forward to returning!

Great townhome and neighborhood, enjoyed fall beauty and gorgeous landscapes of Avon.. Ideal for 2 family stay, just a suggestion to convert one bedroom to game room for kids play area ;)

Baptism Weekend

I beautiful place to gather with family and friends! We ranged in age from 4 months to 74! Open space with lots of seating for family fun. Loved the hot tub, the front patio and the back yard. A few electric glitches that I assume will be remedied quickly.
